On March 8, 2025, Global Schools Group (GSG) had the honour of welcoming the President of the Republic of Singapore, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, during a special event at the One World International School (OWIS) Digital Campus. This visit was a significant milestone for GSG, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in education, cultural exchange, and global collaboration.

President Tharman was warmly received by Mr. Atul Temurnikar, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Global Schools Group, along with other distinguished guests. As part of the proceedings, Mr. Temurnikar presented the President with a Japanese art piece, created by Sushma Raju from GIIS Tokyo Campus, symbolising GSG&rsquo;s deep-rooted global partnerships and appreciation for artistic and cultural diversity. In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Temurnikar was also honoured with a token of appreciation from the President.
