<h3><strong>GSG MCOP: Building on Success for a Greater Impact</strong></h3>

<p>Last year&rsquo;s GSG MCOP united young changemakers and sustainability experts for powerful discussions on climate action. The impact was far-reaching, with participants actively engaging in policy simulations, debates, and collaborative solutions&mdash;so much so that the outcomes were highlighted at <strong>in the UNESCO Greening Education Partnership Newsletter before COP29</strong>. This year, we are dedicated to making the experience even more dynamic and impactful, with deeper discussions, expanded participation, and new interactive formats designed to amplify youth voices in climate negotiations.</p>

<p>This year&rsquo;s theme, <strong>SPARK</strong>, underscores GSG&rsquo;s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement<strong>.</strong> With a special focus on the role of AI, resilience, and the power of Kaizens (continuous incremental improvements), GED 2025 will showcase how schools can lead the way in shaping a sustainable future.</p>

<p>For the first time ever, GED and MCOP will expand participation to include local and international schools in Singapore, fostering broader collaboration and significantly increasing engagement. This milestone marks a new chapter in our journey, bringing together more voices and ideas to drive positive change in education and sustainability.</p>

<p>We are excited to bring back the highly anticipated <strong>Eco Showdown</strong>, featuring <strong>painting, essay, and photography competitions</strong>. This platform offers all GSG students a chance to creatively express their perspectives on sustainability, further embedding environmental awareness into their learning journey.</p>
